1. General Principles
1.1. We do not store logs. Ever. In any form. Even if someone comes knocking, there’s nothing to give.
1.2. We don’t care who you are. No KYC, no verifications. You come, you trade, you leave.
1.3. Client anonymity is our highest rule. If you value privacy as much as we do, you’re in the right place.

2. Disclaimer & Liability
2.1. We provide a platform for crypto exchange. What happens outside of it is none of our business.
2.2. We do not control blockchain transaction speed or network fees. If the network is congested, transactions may take longer than expected. Always check fees and network conditions before proceeding.
2.3. If you send funds to the wrong address, that’s on you. Crypto is irreversible, just like lost time.

3. Restrictions
3.1. Any attempts to exploit vulnerabilities, reverse-engineer our system, or abuse automated processes will result in immediate denial of service.
3.2. DDoS attacks? Spam? System abuse? Don’t even try—we have mechanisms in place that will make you regret it.
3.3. If your government, bank, or any other authority forbids you from using our service, that’s your concern, not ours.

4. Data Protection
4.1. We collect nothing. No cookies, no IP addresses, no logs—nothing at all.
4.2. The only record that exists is on the blockchain. We operate within it and through it.
4.3. Use Tor, VPN, Tails, or whatever you like—we welcome it.

5. Service Termination
5.1. If we ever decide to shut down SilkByte, we will do so instantly and without notice. No traces, no explanations.
5.2. The moment you close this tab, we forget you ever existed.

6.1. By using this service, you agree to these terms.
6.2. If something goes wrong, it’s your responsibility.
